Title: [WORKLOG] PSP 1000 white with custom JEWEL and 12 Leds TOTAL
Post by: akomismo01 on April 10, 2010, 07:22:32 AM: HELLO AM! THIS IS MY WORKLOG FOR MY PSP.. MY GOAL IS TO FINISH THIS BEFORE MAY 27 (BECAUSE ITS MY BDAY ! IM TURNING 16!! :D) STAY TUNED FOR UPDATES!

MODS THAT WILL BE DONE:
1. Power Led swap (DONE)(BLUE)
2. Charge Led swap (DONE)(WHITE)
3. Memory Card and Wifi Led swap (DONE)(BLUE)
4. UMD Jewel Mod (ALMOST DONE)(4LEDS BLUE)
5. L/R TRIGGER MOD (DONE)(WHITE)
6. Speaker Holes LEDS (NOT YET DONE)(WHITE)
7. Front Speaker Holes (DONE)(BLUE)

PEOPLE! I NEED YOUR SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT PLEXI WILL I USE!?!? BY THE WAY.. THESE TWO PLEXI COST ONLY PHP100=$2 .. CHEAP HERE ISN'T IT?

UPDATE!: APRIL 10,2010 ! I FINISHED PUTTING THE LEDS AND JEWEL ON THE UMD DOOR! HERE ARE THE ACTUAL PICS!

notice when i touch the backpart of my backplate where my lm386 is placed?

any ideas guys?

1 question what are all those wires and chips in the last 2 pics, or for what are they?

Post by: akomismo01 on April 10, 2010, 09:24:45 AM: ow.. that one is the lm386 amp.. i used it for the led to react to sound.. and the 2nd chip i think u said is not a chip.. its just a copper board with solder.. i used that style from another modder here..

Post by: froggy on April 10, 2010, 11:17:06 AM: Couldnt you just wire the leds to the speaker to do the sound reactive mod, or what do is make it brighter or what, and by what do you mean by its a copper board with solder

Post by: akomismo01 on April 10, 2010, 08:18:40 PM: i use lm386 amp so that the leds would be more brighter and you can have the wlan as the switch..

and the copper board with solder is just a simple board so that i can neatly place the wires.

Post by: arjohn on April 14, 2010, 03:57:22 AM: you are not touching the one were did you put the lm386..why.? because your touching the battery. just rewire your work. and put a tape in your lm386 and copper board. its like having a ground in your work.
