F00 f00's been at it again and he's back with a rumble mod for the DS Lite. Incidentally, Nintendo were the first video games company to implement rumble into their consoles, starting with the N64. The DS has a dedicated rumble pack, however it only works for a handful of games.
F00 f00 has created, through ingenious technical design, a PIC and other components which use the DS audio to control rumble via motors with offset weights. The mod is fully controllable with mode control and an LED indicator.
