Title: Pulsevu 2 problem: Always Fading

Hello,

I have the same problem with Pulsevu2x and an other Pulsevu 2 ...
After my last purchase, i have tested my chip but he didn't work on my Cellphone and on my Nintendo DS.

I have only the pic on my Cellphone:

I have tested too with a non-SMD.
The SMD is marked 103, this is correct? i have already tested with a "fat" Resistor 10k and this doesn't work =/
I have the same problem when i connect directly to the + on the battery. (3,7v)
