Title: need help really of fast.

Ok I need a lil help I droped my psp and the UMD door broke so I bought a new one off of ebay and I need a good tut on how to replace them and I would rather not take it all apart and gut it but I can't find a good tut can anyone here help me.

p.s. Me and my family are going on vacation soon so please help out fast
