Title: can you put a psp analog on a xbox 360 controller?

Sup guys need help if you can put a psp analog stick on a xbox controller just to see how it wouldm work.

i am sure someone could, but you and i couldn't. i have both analogs in front of me. psp has 4 pins, 360 has 6

i think the psp analoag has the x and y (duh) but the other two are pos and neg
so i think xbox could since you only needa give that thing power and just find pos and neg on it.

but even if those are positive and ground, then that would indicate that there is some sort of citcuitry converting the movement into data, as opposed to the psp analog which does nothing but put change the resistance

Only diffrence is that that is for the d-pad, Im sure it could be done. Would be a good project to work on.
