Title: problem with psp mobo

hi guys.I have a problem with a ta-081 mobo when i turn the power on the light comes up an and stays but nothing else hapends no sound no backligt nothing.when i try to put the ms the power goes of and when i try to turn it on the led blink and it won't do anything.plz help
