For those of you who complain about the grip of your sony and microsoft analog sticks, your problem might be solved.  Some new analog accesories called "Grip-iT Analog Stick Covers" have been released.

As you can see there's definitely no discretness about them, but they look like they get the job done.  They could also be used to repair the torn up rubber on your nubs if you don't feel like installing new ones.  The Grip-iTs only come in light blue, and are available in a pack of 4 for 4.99.

Ebay, 99 cents a pair.. been buying them for atleast 6 months now.
