Title: need help with 3x analog mod!

okay so i want my controller to have triple analogs. and i know how to do it .
like this.

and have the d-pad on the back like this

but "system" never finished the tutorial. does any body know where the solder points are for the d-pad  or where to find that analog on the back. please help!
