Title: help me xbox 360 drive problem

i have a Hitachi lite GDR-3120L 47dj drive and i tried to get it in mode b buy the two wire trick then it didn't work but now the drive doesn't work wont open the laser doesn't work but it might be fine but i found a circuit board for my drive but does anybody know if this would fix my problem or do i need a new drive if i do does any body know were to get a flashed one please help me :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg:

you probably fried the board, the new drive will not really help since it has a different drive key. Why didnt you use the boot cd of it was v79. Ive gotten my hitachi (lower version) to go into B mode using jungleflasher without doing the two wire trick.

yes but the new circuit board is flashed so it should work right
