the bumper is in the back and atm we have everything in the front off.
the story behind this truck is that it was my grandfathers fav truck at the time of his death back in 98. well this truck did run and was used by relatives up in Missouri when it was needed due to car troubles or what ever. and one of my relatives was in a drive thru and dropped his drink and went for it. while he went for it he didnt pay attention to where his foot was and floored it and hit a flat bed.
-
well theres your problem, lol
sorry i hope your relative is ok
-
yea hes ok
-
Thats good to hear :hifive:
well what are you gonna do, scrap the old parts, and get new ones?,
or are you gonna fix them,
i would mainly want to fix everything in the front first,
before i get to the other things.
-
is that a air horn i see under the hood? lmao i wanna get a train horn but they're too expensive. lol
-
yea its gonna cost 1100 for the parts and rad. which isnt bad at all. atm our next job isto remove the driver side step then the fenders and lay the hood on the truck untill we get parts are start toplay with the engine.
yea i loled when i saw that and i said did grandpa do that and my dad said yea. then i said was he the kind of man that likes for people to know to get the :censored: out his way. he said yea that was my dad.
and its a big rig horn. it works. i pressed teh horn and it made a creeping air noise. so it just needs power.

Paint It GREEN
-
... nnnnnno. also its not realy up to me its my dads. it goings to look like a truck.
i like green as a color but not for a vehicle. it wouldnt fit. i honestly kinda want to repaint it the same colors.
-
i think repainting it the same colors is a good idea in respect for your grandfather if there the same or back to the colors they were at the time he passed away.
-
yeah, that would be cool too, make stock look like it just came from the dealer.(I still say paint it GREEN lol Just My Opinion)
You should put this grill on it, look at the color on the truck
