Sorry for the noobish question but, whats easier to cut a small window about 4"x6" into and xbox case? :dntknw:

Dremel, Homeboy

i think dremel is the best choice
-
make sure its not a battery one cuz i had one of those and it caused me alot of trouble b/c i had to recharge it all the time and it would loose its power. So one that plugs into a wall would be a better choice. in my opinion. I have that dremel from wal-mart for $50 thats multi speed.
-
agreed with bozoy. never get battery operated dremels. they are just a waste of time. they take more time to recharge than actually use!
-
Nether, I use a RotoZip. Its like a router but its high-speed precision cutting for detailed design and its cleaner than a Dremel.
EDIT: Dremel is still a good tool. ;)

I happen to love my battery one, grrrr... lol But yes it is better to use a dremel with an inch cutting blade and idk if you have them but I have these little sanding bits that I use to clean up my cuts to make them a bit nicer.

thanks guys. i have a regular dremel to, not a battery operated one
-
Yup, dremel defo, its slower to cut but much more precise
-
dont use a plasma cutter like my dad did to mine >_<
-
my choice would be both..... do the main cut with a jigsaw.... metal blade..... low speed... minimum pendulum action...
then clean up the cuts with your plug in dremal and sanding bits.....
then do the final little bit of cleaning by hand with so fine ... very fine sandpaper......
