By far one of the most brilliant, intuitive, awe-inspiring books I have ever read. Sequel dye out March 1st, 2011.

'The pillars of the earth' and it's sequel 'a world without end' both by Ken Follett, they are epic (epic like LotR, the two books cover a time span of about 400 years) historical fiction...
