Halfords Automotive Paint, Can not reccommend it enough.
USe the 3 coat process and it will give a long lasting finish.
I've used it on various materials and never a problem.

I'm talking rattle cans, Yes they do more than an amazing job!
Just make sure to warm the cans first for a finer spray
Do very thin layers
Wet n Dry 1200 after every stage leaving 2 weeks between laquer and sanding, T-Cut the laquer after for a high gloss finish
And you will have a top quality finish for less [=

oh ive painted mine its a lot easier than i orignaly thought. I used plastikote and i needed 2 standard cans of orange,1 small can of black for the trim, 1 can of krystal clear and 1 can of primer. All i can say is its really important that you dont rush the krystal clear and a good tip is to make sure that you clean it with rubbing alcohol after each coat.

 - Halfords Paint
 - Halfords Laquer
They're all in silver cans
I also use wet n dry 600, 800 and 1200
THen for the high gloss finish any type of coloru restorer will do :)
