from wut ive read around 11 sps is good enuff for most games for w@w u need to make sure u have patch buster 25% duty cycle robbo would prolly be the best person to ask about his jitter speeds i use 15sps as my fastest setting other than that its 10-11 sps. i only play mw2 sorry if this dont help. wut i did wuz just sat in private match testing diff speeds start going to fast and the FAL wil spit like 4 rounds at a time i emptied extened mag clips in a matter of seconds looks hilarious make sure to NOT put it in hardcore mode so u can see ur ammo supply in the bottom right of the screen thatll help a bit with figuring out how fast it is being able to see how many rounds u spit

i use anywhere from 10 - 15sps for mw2

cod 4 is hard to say one exact speed for as all the guns hav different limits.... ur best bet is around the usual 11sps...... then fine tune it for ur specific guns.... ie if its smooth n slow... take the speed up bit by bit untill it stutter.... stop and take it down until the stutter is gone and u'll have the best speed for that gun.....
