Extra! Extra! Read all about it. The Blogs & Media Team need reliable members from our community who have an affinity for technology.
This application is open to all active users here on Acid Mods that do not currently hold other Staff positions. This is because current staff members can post news and add it as an article already and finding members with fewer existing responsibilities will ultimately be better for the media team.
So now you might be asking yourself "What do I have to do to apply?"
Well this is simple, I want you to do what your job would be. I want to see your writing style, how informative you are and obviously the more hits your article gets the better for spreading your name.
Search the internet, find interesting tech articles from around the new something new and that hasn't already been covered on the site. Write the article and post it in the appropriate section of "News". Don't copy and paste an article off of a site.
This application period should take less than two weeks and remember as a member of The Blogs & Media Team you would have to be able to take about 15 to 20 minutes out of your week twice a week to post interesting news for all our members to see. So if during the application process you are able to meet the two article quota that will certainly help your chances. If you wish to take place in this, then post "Apply" below and start writing your articles in the proper news section.
All applicants will be reviewed in two weeks.

Make sure your articles are original, have not already been posted on the site and are not copied directly from other sites. Re-write articles and post them in the appropriate places. Ps3 stuff in PS3, Apple in Apple, ect. Try to find us some scientific news I want to start using the entire news board. Time to dust off unused sections and get them filled.

Remember everybody you need two articles a week, on different days. So if you write an article today, but one has already been posted, you should save the article and add it the next day.

Two articles total. Posted on two different days a week.
So you might post one on Monday, and I might post one on Tuesday, another member would post on Wednesday, you would post again on Thursday.
Get out there everybody and find some news, if you write your articles well you could very well find them added below the shout box.
