Title: Does anyone know if I can cut away parts of a motherboard?

I wanted to replace my 360 controller shell with a different shell. But I need to cut part of the Controllers mother board. Does anyone know If I can cut these sections off?

i think that would work? might wanna wait till a smarter 360 guy replies though, why would you have to cut that off? why not cut the shell?

u  might be able to i dont see why not as long as theres no circuits or anything around those spots

Yes, it is safe to cut away those areas. The areas you have marked off is just part of the boards ground. Make sure you are super careful when cutting the board because these boards can crack very easily. If you dont mind me asking, why the hell do you need to cut the board just to replace the shell???
