Title: Malicious Code Warning for Microsoft Word
Post by: TwisTtheTwiTcH on January 03, 2011, 11:05:11 AM
The Malware Protection Center at Microsoft issues a warning earlier this week that a malicious code on the internet can take advantage of a flaw in Microsoft Word and thus infect the user’s computer, after the operator does nothing more than read a single e-mail.

This flaw was actually addressed back in November but was finally fixed in a patch this past Tuesday. However with new malicious code spotted in on the horizon the protection center wants to be sure that users don’t overlook this update.

All Microsoft Office users are advised to install the newest patch to insure they don’t fall victim to this new virus.

Hackers would be figuring out ways to put viruses on your computer to ddos government websites. I think they're mad at the wikileaks situation.
