it sounds like you may have blown a fuse on the camera. im not sure where it is located on the board. but i know that it happens often when you open the casing. i know because ive done it myself. it starts then goes blank and back to the XMB screen. your best bet is to either bridge the fuse or just buy a new one. they come cheap now, with the EyePet game and some other game called the InvisiMonster. both of which come with a camera and sell for around $49.99 CDN or round $45.99 USD.

um srry to say but you guy's posts may not be correct. this happend to me too. the newer cams or the *go* cams require firmware 6.20 to play. i used to be a 5.00m33 user but moved to 6.20b (runs pretty stable) the older cams like the chotto shot i forget what firmware but dont require a high firmware. note that the eyepet game is a pain in the  :censored: to get running on 6.20 so i just iso'd it. (i forget how i converted it) so yea that shud be it hope i helped :) that shud fix it.

This person posted in January. He did not reply.

I realize that you are trying to help, but this person will probably never see what you are going to say.

You just bumped an old topic. And all that does is piss off grumpy men on the site.

Use the post date next time!!

@Neo Its fine to bump an old topic if you adding new and relevant information (as was the case here), and yes the person who originally asked the question may not see it but but all these threads are archived so should someone else have the same problem and type it in to google they may well see it.

I agree with you 100 percent hyper, the only reason I said this was because in the OP:

"never mind please delete this topic
it was because i didnt have the Torky's plugin"

He solved the problem a couple days before people started giving him solutions. JC seemed to be correcting CreativeMind which I didn't think was necessary since sparky already stated how he fixed the problem.

but i'll be more lenient next time :3
