Title: PSP 1000 TV Out
Post by: psuchris on January 17, 2011, 09:56:28 PM: Hello I'm new here. I was wondering if it would be possible to mod in the tv out port that is available on the PSP 2000 & 3000 onto the PSP Phat. Is this possible? Has anyone tried it? Could you look at a Slim mobo and find where the tv out plug connects to and then find the corresponding spot on the Phat mobo and connect the port to there? Is there another/simpler way to enable tv out on a PSP 1000?

I looked into that and it costs a lot more than I wanted to pay for something like this. (about $150) And I doubt I would be able to find one anymore.

Post by: techninjadude on January 18, 2011, 11:12:25 PM: The cheapest way is to sell your 1000 $50 then buy a psp slim $60, then get blaze psp tv adaptor $7. So all together that $17, and you get a better console.

I've been looking for ten minutes, still can't find it, but back in the day I remember there was something released where you soldered or attatched something to the psp mobo to the mobo, required disassembling your psp. Then you put on a special faceplate or something, which had another component on the bottom, which led to tv output. I can't find it, i'll tell you if I do.
