what do i need?
i want to know every single part. send me links if you can and need to know how to install it.
i was thinking of something like this

you can see 2 hoses comeing from the back of the xbox but i do not want that big compresor thing could it be done?

It can be done fully internally but it's cramped... You need a reservoir, a pump, waterblocks for CPU and GPU, a radiator, a fan, tubing and fittings, and coolant... And that's a basic setup. There are way too many options available to you for me to give you links to specific stuff, just check out some pc parts sites and they'll have everything you'll need, though you may have to really look around to find the right stuff to make it internal. I've only ever seen a few fully internal water-cooled 360s...
This is one of the few fully internal water-cooled 360s I've seen, and probably the best write up to follow if you want to replicate it...

there are lots of internal setups dano2k at X-S did a nice one and i believe it was the first

arent compressors they are a cross between radiators and reservoirs designed to be much quieter than a traditional radiator/ fan setup .

you may want to check out the water block from xspc its specifically designed for the 360 and i think its cheaper
