Title: USB cable problem

Ok , my usb cable stopped functioning so i opened the case and puled out the board and the 3 midle wires are not soldered.
so my question is : Does the psp uses all the 5 (4) wires?

it should be from left to right:

vdd, data-, data+, signal, gnd

yes you need them, but it should stil function without, just wont have usb capabilities

yes the screen on psp shows please wait...
but i cant solder it,damn its to thin. any sugestions?
