Yeah i get the same but if you open and close it and then sometimes don't let it close fully before you open it again it should work after about 2 mins

you can put resistors in series with your pot to increase the resistance, obviously. but if you want to decrease the resistance you have to put a resistor in parallel. To calculate the resistance for a paralell setup you must use the product over sum formula:
(R1-1 + R2-1 + R3-1 ... )-1
sooo if you want to make a potentiometer that at approx 47K ohms out of a 100K pot then you estimate that 47 is about half of 100, so think whats about half of 47...
24 is about half of 47, add 24k to 47k to find the estimated value needed.
24k + 47k = 71k
we are estimating we need a 71K ohm resistor to paralell with the 100k pot. Now lets plug our numbers into the formula:
( 100,000-1 + 71,000-1 )-1 = 41,520 Ohms.
Thats Pretty Damn Close to your needed 47K Ohm Value. Play Around with the numbers and see what you can get.

If mods can add news, how do you do that? or am I just blind? I would like to add a news article about the new 3.10 OE-A that DAX just released today, and link it to Takahashi's forum thread in the Software mods section, if that's not OK just let me know...

Like robin said, that's the first one that wasn't deleted, but I know we lost a ton of stuff in forum crashes and server moves... that's from 07 so I know there were quite a few before that cause I was already staff when that was posted... lol

it worked for a little but the pen got weak and broke so i just left the screws out for now untill i find some other kind of screws that fit

can a DS lite that wont power up be fixed? it was being charged when it shut down and now it wont power on at all (fully working battery) so can it be fixed? if so how?
ah how little i knew back then (no idea why thats the oldest post, as it is in the end of 2008 @.@). twas a blown F2 fuse if i remember properly.
