Title: 8 LED 12v Sound Reactive Not Blinking.

I need Your Help buddy.
I make 8 led sound reactive but the problem is the Led is not blinking.
I use 12volts Red Led, 100 Omh, and no Resistor.
Here's what happen when i open the Psp the Led is ON then i played music bot it's not blinking.
Then i press the silent button the will off. Any Lead what happen to my MOD? The sounds is perfectly working and no short circuit. here is the graph i use to my sound reactive.
The Trasistor i use is from the universal charger it the same in the picture but i dont know if that correct..
