I tested rapidfire and everything works just some minor changes to the board from last Rev.

can't wait to get my hands on one of these but when i do i'm going to do some testing. During a R/F install i'll swap it out for some old motherboard (customer wont ever suspect a thing).

nice find Mike

also i dont think that the d-pad is ever going to be redesigned so its adjustable in a stock 360 controller... ever...

What points are you guys using for the power and ground? I'm assuming for the ground the one everyone uses on all the rapid fire kits, but the power on the original matrix isn't there anymore, and i get mixed results using the cg power spot when the batteries get about half charge.

I only ran into 1 new matrix controller so far and what i did what just hook up the rapidfire chip directly to the battery. No problem. Wastes battery but they don't know.
