Trace pattern on case and score with knife.

Cut out with dremel tool.

Put it back together unfinished so can use it.

Looks good. Needs a bit of sanding to get rid of those pesky burrs on the edges. Where did you buy the grating?

The JB worked great I did have to reapply to some areas after sanding. I will post pics after i get it sanded.

before you paint sand your edges... you have no idea how a quick sanding will make that look much smoother.

Thats cuz any filler shrinks thats why matt said to use what he did, and could of blocked out after loaded up with primer, Just future referance for someone else who tries to use anytype of filler
