Title: My 1st console mod!

So today, i was feeling pretty mod happy and i decided to mod my xbox. So far, ive added a window in the case. When i have more time, ill prolly change the rol color with my last 2 blue leds i have:( The window has a scratch in it, but not from me! I didnt have any plexi glass, so i used some lid from something. Its kinda a junky job, but it meets my standards of awesome.

look into getting some 1/8th inch lexan from like homedepot  or lowes, it is pretty cheap if I remember right and easy to cut if you decide to change out the window at a later date.

home depot sells pieces almost the exact size of an xbox 360 case and all as you have to do is a bit of trimming. i forget the exact size... 12"x18" or something. on my first case mod i over did it and i screwed up and got paint on it hahaha.

I used up my last 2 blue leds on the console! the first led i dropped and lost, but i nailed it the second try. I also did a lot of sanding. I will most likely replace the window with some plexi glass, but havent got around to it yet. Thinking about doin a paint job on it but my mom is gettin freaked out that im takin everything apart. She thinks im gonna brake it, but i dont think i will, atleast not yet.

I say that if you didn't break anything you didn't learn anything. But ether way you learn and thats the whole point.

ive broken a few controllers before... but its totally different if you brake a $300(?) toy.

i've broken a $6000 programmable logic controller before. i didn't learn an thing.

edit: j/k hahah but i was pretty close once time.

good place to start man, hope your mom wont get too angry after the next 10 xboxes you mod.

ya i know... iwould use the camera, but i lost the adapter to upload it to the computer. i try something else nxt time
