Title: controller triggers

Is there an easy way to remove the plastic part form the triggers? I am going to start planning my 360 paint job and wanna make my controller to match.  Last i attempted to paint the controllers the the triggers were a pita and was curious if there was an easier way.

edit:

as for removing the rest of the white part, you'd need to desolder the trigger pot in order to get the rest of it off...

sweet, I hadn't gotten around to doin my own research yet, threw this up to speed it up while I was busy.  Thanks for the link, helped a lot.
