hey guys so i know its not available till holidays but what do you think some good ideas would be for the ps vita once it comes out seeing what u've seen on the sony coverage if u seen it

well a 2 TB HDD will never happen... MAYBE a 64 GB Flash memory. but HDD and SDD are out of the question. HDD is a no because it is a moving disk and is prone to fail at anytime. An SDD is also out of the question because they are insanely expensive in large capacities. So the most likely (and reasonable) storage would be a flash memory.
And it would likely only be 32 GB or less because the highest capacity for flash memory is 64GB at the moment.
EDIT: I believe i read that at the E3 conference they said the PSVita WOULD have a flash memory, but i cant remember if they said how large of a capacity it was going to be.

Sony released details of the memory cards that they will use for distributing PSP2 games.
The cards will come in two sizes, 2GB and 4GB. Developers will leave up to 10% free space on the cards to allow for downloaded patches, and game saves. This is around double the capacity of original PSP games, double the fun! With twice as much storage gamers can expect longer richer media to be included with the NGP’s games.
More memory equals more fun and we are expecting the NGP’s game developers to make use of this additional storage to the max!

i believe there are two slots, one for game cards, and one for memory cards.
