Title: psp d pad problem and anolog problem

ive opend my psp to clean it and now when i close it the right d pad dose not work and the anolog stick dose not move anyone know how to fix this?

check the following

1.The rubber pads under the D pad buttons are aligned properly

2.The screws are tight enough

3.The rubber contact piece under the analog stick is clean and not lost(most people loose that piece easily)

i fixed the anolog problem i just wired ir to the anolog and it moves great  but the d pad is still acting up allitle i have to press hard
