Title: Looking to spend over 200$ a month on simple circuits please help!

Im looking to buy simple circuits:
A circuit that will make lights strobe.
and a circuit that will use a small speaker to give output to 1 light source
(basically a sound reactive light)

but the sound reactive point should be able to push out 3-6V's

Looking for any offers at all, please dont refference a tutorial or help me make these items i need them made by some one experienced, Will spend 200$ + a month on these and i am willing to negotiate prices.

Any more specifics? Say size of speaker? Do you need an amp to power the speaker?
The strobes, do you want a single flash or multiple patterns?
All this can be done . If you give me a lil more detail , I can build a prototype .
