Heres a case cut i just finished for a kid that likes insane clown posse lol..... its gonna be back lit with green leds. I put some green leds on the bottom side pointing up just for an example how its gonna look. I made this cut with my scroll saw that i had in my closet lol. Ive only used it a few times but i finally figured out the trick to get awesome cuts with it.

Thanks dude! lol yeah it was waaaaaayyyyyyyyy easier using a scroll saw than a dremel. I dont think ill ever use a dremel again.
-
awsome !!!!!!!
-
good job
and really is a scroll saw that much better ?
assuming just make a small starting point with a dremel and finish her off with a scroll saw?
-
Hell yeah man a scroll saw is 100000000000000000000 times better

you could drill a hole which is alot easier and faster then a dremel to start
-
Yeah i just drill a hole. It kinda sucks sometimes when your working on something that has like 10 different areas to cut so you have to keep disconnecting the blade and feed it through another hole. But this thing is freakin beast compared to a dremel. I mean look at Rodents flame xbox he did with a scroll saw from the 30s lol. It looks better than any dremel can do.

Also making Relief cuts makes it so you dont have to keep backing it in and out of tight spots but is the best way to cut out xboxes,
Here is a video to explain what I mean about relief cuts
