Hi
I have only really got into modding a few months ago and I was looking for new rapid fire codes for my xbox 360 and then I found acidmods.com, first thing I found was the free code which lead me to crazymodder 6 mode rapid fire which I liked and then I found Topfire which is good but I found that the burst was kind of laggy and random.
I got into installing rapid fire and did a few mods for some mates and then I moved on to painting
The First thing I painted was a fake PS3 controller WHICH I ABSOLUTELY F**KED UP. My problem was I just kept adding more paint thinking it needed more (I almost used a whole can!) . Of course the paint job was completely ruined so I thought I would try and clean it up... ( and the disaster continues)
I found the solvent that should rub off the paint it was acetone. So I left it socked in acetone over night
I got up and checked on it to find a black sticky mess and a Floppy case!
Well I have moved on from my noob mistakes and I have started to learn assembler language and I have made my first code which actually has a use, it's a drop shot mod (which i will release to the public in a few weeks)
I have also got my hands on some spray cans and I have so far done:
Orange controller with blue buttons and leds
Green controller with black buttons and white leds
Chrome controller ( one of my favorites )
and I have painted my xbox red and black
and in terms of plans I hope to further my code to include a quickscope in it, maybe make a rapid fire code
planning some more xbox 360 mods and ps3 controller paint jobs
really like the forum Thanks !!

Yeah but I seem to be fine now, I think it was also the wrong type of paint it was a very heavy acrylic
Well it's good to have something to blame it on :D

If you have runs you are putting on too much paint, or your spraying too close to the object. Patience is the key

I had runs in my last one , was in a hurry had to pick up kids ...i know no excuse but oh well still works :) ....lol

Well you tend to learn from you mistakes, but ain't products like adhesion promoter and plastic primer supposed to help stop running and I fortunately haven't repeated any of my mistakes from about a month ago.
edit:The xbox that I did a few weeks ago came out fine no runs at all
