Omelette -
I put this up as it is so basic and easy to make
Things need :
Butter
EGGS 2 for 1 person, 4 for 2
Filling
maybe bacon & cheese (pre-cook bacon)
you can put what ever you want in it.
could even be a pudding
Pan
Wooden spoon or something
- Prepare filling e.g cook bacon, grate cheese
- Blend the eggs in a bowl ( salt and pepper)
- Heat Pan (high)
- Melt butter into the pan (coat pan in butter to stop sticking)
- Pour the egg into the pan when the butter is basically bubbling!
- When you can see that the runny egg has almost all been cooked add your filling to the pan
- Let the filling melt for about 20 sec (but if the egg is still runny leave it, ok if it is a little runny) then get your spoon or spatular and fold the omlette over in half.
- Then Serve Immediately

I know it seems basic but alot of people don't know how to make an omelette
-
Best thing is, if you mess up, you can just put some toast on and you have scrambled egg on toast

I just want to know how waffle house gets their omlettes so dang fluffy, lol. I love me some waffle house, ham and cheese omlette with hashbrowns.

probably isn't real egg
-
No they use real eggs, you can see them crack the eggs. I was also gonna say instead of butter you can use nonstick spray, not quite as good a flavor but it is healthier.

Dunno maybe they kind of whisk the egg to get more air into them, do they use a machine ?
or maybe they use a magic ingredient :D
UPDATE:
Just had a honey omelette for lunch tastes soooo good

That makes sense to me, also is why my pancakes were retarded last week and fell apart when i tried to eat them.

I heard you just beat the egg yolk and white separately until thick, then fold the two together and then cook
-
A little bit of Milk and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Whisk together for about 2 mins. thats How I get Fluffy scrambie eggs or Omelette.
(1000+Internet Points to those who gets the scrambie eggs)

I always add milk to eggs for omlette, so it isn't that that makes them fluffy, maybe they add a little oil like wolf said. Maybe I will give that a try.
