Re and R_E are the same thing i was just lazy

V_BB = ( 10K / ( 56K + 10K )) * 24 = 3.6363
V_BB = 3.6363

R_TH = ( 56K^-1 + 10K^-1 )^-1
R_TH = 8.484K

I_C = ( 3.6363 - 0.7 ) / 2.2K
I_C = 1.33mA

I_B = ( V_CC - V1 ) / R_B

I_C = (V_CC - V2 ) / R_C

h_FE = I_C / I_B

I_C = 4mA
