as of today Wednesday august 31 the us justice department has file suit to block the merging of at&t with t-mobile stating it will result in “tens of millions of consumers all across the United States facing higher prices, fewer choices and lower quality products for mobile wireless services.” the reason this law suit was to insure that customers could continue receiving the benefits of competition amongst the two but with the impending suit stopping the merging of at&t and t-mobile it could put quite the hole in at&Ts pocket with 3 billion in break-up fees and 3billion in spectrum grants

They are exactly right they only want to acquire the company so they can eliminate their competition because alot of people are jumping ship now that they dont exclusively have the iphone
