This is my slim. I sanded away the matte texture, then threw on a glossy black, along with a clear coat, and a chrome strip. All this to resemble a launch Playstation 3 Plus it has a Power A USB hub/card reader. Any feedback would be great, along with more ideas?

I was thinking I should take it further, by chrome filling the PS3 text, painting the button area black, and internalizing the hub.. There's wayy to few ps3 mods. So I should fill in the gap :) maybe kick start the scene.

Painted the chrome button surrounding black, but left the buttons silver. Too hard to mask off the printing aha. Now just working on making the blu ray drive front chrome. Then the internal card reader, and two more USB ports.
*Update*
So I could not find any chrome paint. Nor did I want to get any online. So a trip to my Canadian Tire, and I found some chrome tape. Did a first rough cut. Thats what I took pictures of, as I still havent done the final cut. The keypad area is now black. But while trying to make the imprinted PS3 logo chrome, it got some paint pulled off. -_-' So back to square one pretty much. Im also having trouble with the card reader. Theres these metal things with wires soldered to them, in the spot where I would place the reader. Im not sure if its the wifi, or what. Anyone have some info? Anyways, I included a shot of it beside my Launch 60GB for comparison :) With my half red, half black controllerrr.
