My PSP mother board is trashed, and i don't have the money to get a new one. Does anyone know anything i can do with the pieces? I dont want to waste it :((((( I am new to modding...but im happy to learn!!
-
What you mean by trashed?
-
yes please tell us whats wrong with it so we can help you.

google "floating led removal" or "smd part floating" "ring of light led removal, floating" something of that sorts, this is a process of flooding the led/pads with solder so you can heat both pads at once to safely remove the smd leds and other parts.
scrape and solder to a few of the traces
practice makes perfect

I was being stupid and took the whole thing apart. When i put it back together i put everything in the correct spots and hooked everything up correctly. Now when i turn it on the screen stays black, no sound, and the power light flashes green and doesn't stop unless i take the battery out.

Take it aapart check for shorts, clean your board maybe something got on it,
n check your connections, you might have burned a fuse, u should post a lil vid o something
-
Ive done all of that. It still keeps flashing green. ill post a video of what happens.

There really is no awesome emulator but JPCSP works well for most games if you have a decent computer.
