I am having huge problems remembering things, especially in school. I used to always be one of the smarter kids in the class, but recently I don't really seem to be picking up the information we get taught. I study before tests but I can never seem to bring up the relevant information for a question in exams.
Do you guys have any idea what I can do. I can rule out a few things:
-I have a good diet, and am definitely not overweight.
-I go to a all boys school so in class I am not distracted by the ladies.
-I do infact listen in class.
I'm thinking perhaps I am not getting enough sleep, I am going to start trying to get an extra hour or two a night.
I really need to do well in these coming exams as they decided weather or not I get accepted into university. Maybe I am blowing all this out of proportion but I was hoping one of you had been through something similar and could drop some knowledge.

Stressing about this too much then you should, and forgetting everything else?

Do you forget non-school related things? Like chores?
Sleep is important, but as previously posted, it sounds more to be stress than anything. Which I shall add is completely normal considering your circumstances. Do something your passionate about for one hour or so to help reduce the stress. I personally enjoy reading.
