Hey guys!
My PSP Go from Rodent came in today :) Just gonna start a worklog here I guess. Here is what I'm starting with:

So I've taken it disassembled and switched the housings. I can't tell which color scheme I like better. I might let you guys decide.
I'm going to add white leds, maybe blue. And maybe maybe some red sound reactive. Can't decide yet.
Any suggestions are welcome!!

I would like to know where you got the blue houseing, makes that thing look awesome... nice job so far and great color combinations also . Is there a way you can change the start select buttons to white? that would make it complete .just wondering?

No problem! Ebay, and ziquexstore sell them. There are also other online shops that sell them. Ziquex is in china, so if you want fast shipping stick with ebay.
They come in white and black (of course), and red and blue. Red with black offsets looks nice.. And Blue with White does as you can tell (;
The start and select buttons are weird. You can change the whole thing (Sphere around the buttons and the buttons) to white, but It does not match well. I kept it blue, because I giant circle of white just looked out of place.

Same thing I was thinking! Blue housing, white buttons, and white leds it is. I still might add some red sound reactive.. As I like a little difference in the color scheme.
UPDATE!!!
Scrapping the whole thing, starting from scratch.
When I sell this thing, I'd like to get a decent sum of money from it. My blue housing is a little damaged now.. There is a slight bubble from me melting plastic with my soldering Iron. More melted plastic, and a scratch on the housing... I would like it to be perfect.
When I get enough money, I plan on purchasing another PSP Go, and finishing this mod. Blue housing, white buttons. BLUE leds in the face buttons, white leds in the back.
Since I have to order new housing... I figured I would order RED. Red and white.. Seems cool to me!
I'll update the thread when I get my hands on some Red PSP Go housing. Tune in next time.
(If anyone has a broken or working PSP Go and would like to trade, I'm always up for the offer!)

Double posting so other people can see the thread has been updated.
I decided to order more blue housing, because It looked to good to change. Starting to add LED's.. Looking really good!

Added white start and select, even though I couldn't change the surrounding circle. I think it looks better. Thanks for the idea Rodent!

Looks awesome dude, the blue housing and LEDs look awesome. Haven't seen too many people mess with the Go yet.
