I saw this also, its "xebuild" of which I am not familiar. he did it on a RGH, with no mention of standard jtag/dev box

EDIT: When you use that program you must open an image already created with ggbuild that works with 13599 or 13604 to get it to boot correctly. Just got it working 14699 for me.

ok, so i used my original nand and went through the same steps from my tutorial and it works. loads fine. I have not tested kinect yet. It looks like it is still missing the avatar update.

download the official update for the freeboot kernal u are currently on. if you ar eon 13604 then use the official ms update for 13604. It must be the same! Put the update on a usb drive. Update. Then you are done.

I do not reccomend doing it on a jtag unless you have the r6t3 or whatever resistor removed.
