Title: No audio from speaker after trying a 30 w speaker ( headphones work )

i tried speaker mod and i was curious how far i can get with watts
it worked with 5 w 4 ohm,but not with 30 w 8 ohm.
now i have no speaker output at all.
i tried 3 other speakers even standard ones and it didn't work.
what shall i do?

Edit:soldering those would solve the problem or it will burn my mobo?

Edit: If nobody finds a solution i am just goanna use a lm386 solering it's imput on headset soket and use hold switch if i want to use lm386 or simply headphones.

But i don't know if i have enough power from that headset output.

I will post if project successful.

hi it sounds like you blown the fuse or the sound chip i would have just stuck with the 5w and not push my luck and use 30w on such a small out put unless you had a little amp

i have seen no fuse on phat, sound fuse is just on slim.

i don't think it's the chip because my headphones work.

if im right the phone jack and speakers chips are separate but would not know

wish the ones that do mess with the psps would reply.
