Title: Any sample code for programming a pic in C

So I am a pretty good programmer and I am interested in making a nice rapid fire code for me and my friends.

So, from what I can tell, a lot of the rapid fire codes seem to be made in asm, even though it is possible to code them in c.  So since I can program decently in C, but have no clue at all about asm, and no real need to learn it, I would like to code my chip in C.

I have done a decent amount of searching and have only found sample code/tut's in asm, but this does not really help me.

Does anyone have a really basic(I mean like a 2 mode straight rapid fire simple) C coded rapid fire code they could share with me so I can have a starting point for making my code
