Title: ROL lights coming on as soon as batteries in

Hi, I got a controller from a friend, it has the red ROL mod done but as soon as the battery pack out in the controller the red LEDs light up very dull until your acutally press the guide button and turn the controller on.
Here is what it looks like when just battered are in and controller is off

Any ideas why it's doing that?

check your wiring . check for  bridged solder point or something is touching when you put the controller back together,

Cheers rodent I'll have a check and see what's what

I havnt done any wiring in it and also the led solder joints look fine

1: Use The Edit Button.
2: This Is A Common Issue When Swapping Out The Rol, I Believe As I Had A Controller Do This. Just Simply Disconnect The Controller.

You have a Matrix version PCB, and some of them just do that, even with the stock Green LEDs.
