Guys, I scratched The O POINT on JDM-020 PCB.
Can you guys help me To find another Circle point on this PCB Model???

There isn't one. If you damaged the O via, then O is dead now. The JDM-020 uses blind vias, so a lot of them are only one one side of the board, then disappear to one of the internal layers.
