Somebody can help me what i have to check ? Button A Always pressed

All of the buttons Ground to activate, so check along the A button trace to see if there is something shorted on it. It goes to pin 17 of U4, so make sure that connection looks good and soldered. If everything looks good, then U4 could be bad.

Problem solved i clean all connection from button A to main IC
