Title: JDM-001 doesn't connect via USB, but okay via BT
Post by: ZhenyaKa on October 20, 2020, 03:26:26 AM
When connected - no reaction in Win7
But succefully connected to Android via BT.

Battery doesn't charges. Leaks about 0.001V per second

At PCB find a little heating chip R32CF near battery socket. It heating when USB switched. Temp about 3-4 degrees higher than PCB.

Without USB connection all cold.

What is this? Is it the same like M324P at JDM-020?

Can't find any info about it in Internet :(

It's a 3.2v Regulator, same as the one that is just above it in you picture there.

M324P at JDM-020 isn't the same?

If I'll replace it with 3.3v regulator like AMS1117-3.3V will it work? :)

As I undestand it is linear, not PWM regulator.

Never said it wasn't the same, since technically it's not or they would have the same part numbers. ;) But it's the same style 3.2v, SOT23-5 package Regulator and it should work in there fine. If you are going to get a new Reg, make sure it's 3.2v one.

Yes it's just some LDO, VLDO or ULDO type Linear Reg, nothing PWM going on with it.
