Any thoughts on how to tap into the triggers?

The vias for the triggers and bumpers are on the pcb of the triggers. There are even convenient test points there. Ill update the post when I can but you can easily get them with a multimeter in continuity

Good to know. I wonder if someone will come out with replacement button ribbons for them so you don't have to modify the stock board. Waiting to pick one up for cheap, might give it a shot.
