Title: Elite Controller not going on with cable

So i got a xbox one elite controller v1 and it doesnt turn on with cable. With batteries it works fine. I opened up the controller but the usb chargeport looks completely fine. No proken traces no loose solder pads nothing. Anyone know what it could be ?

Top board, check R1, make sure there is 5v on both ides of it when the USB is plugged in. You can do these tests with just the top board alone.

If that's good, check the output of U1p5 (U1 pin number 5) it should be 3v

If there is 3v make sure it's getting to U2p1.
