Title: 1537 controller MCU won't turn on

Hello guys, I have a 1537 controller and the MCU board won't turn on, the button board are ok, I already change the big chip on MCU board and the wireless board to. But the problem persist, I don't have 3.3v on TP6, I don't find any short and the R9 have the 33ohms, and the trace are ok.
With another MCU board the button board works fine

Change board, cost 9-12usd. It's there with buttom axy and buttom menu.
