Title: RT on Xbox one S Controller Unresponsive

I have a 1708 Xbox one S Controller that has an unresponsive RT. I replaced the hall effect sensor from a working controller and still didn't resolve it. Does anyone know what else could be causing it not to work?

The supply to the Hall or the RC filter (C36, R39) after it could be where the issue is. Look around U9 and see if any components are missing or if any Capacitors are shorted.
